Shipping Time: 14 Working Days Maximum
Shipping Costs: Delivery is included in the displayed prices, these costs are deducted in orders shipped locally (Niger). Customer will be in charge of all addidtional costs at destination.

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday), excluding Niger Public Holidays.
As soon as the order is processed you will get a notification with the tracking code from the shipping provider, who will confirm the best delivery time in advance.
You can track your order with the courier by simply logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought and we are here to help you out.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to return. After 14 days, we will not accept any returns.
If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team at email@example.com within 48 hours.
Once your item/items have been received and checked by the quality control team, you will receive store credit or a refund to place a new order.
We will arrange one collection (additional charges may apply) for the item(s) you want to return and bring it back to our warehouse for inspection. Any follow-up returns related to the same order will need to be shipped to us by you.

All items must be in the original packaging and unused with its ATELIER SAAKA tags.
Once the inspection of the returned items is complete, we will offer you two options:
Store credit that you can use to place a new order with equal value to the items returned and excluding any shipping or additional costs.
A refund of equal value to the items returned, excluding any shipping or additional costs.

Card and Visa Checkout Payments made with debit or credit cards can have either:
The funds returned to the original card used to make the payment within 20 calendar days of our Customer Care team confirming the return, or
Alternatively, we can give you store credit to place a new order.
Wire Transfer Payments made can have either:
The funds returned to your account that was used to make the payment within 20 days of our Customer Care team confirming the return, or
We can give you store credit to place a new order.
